14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made outside this window cannot be accepted.
Item Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached. Any signs of wear will void the return.
Packaging
Please return items in their original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, use appropriate protective packaging.
Non-Returnable
Sale items, custom orders, and pieces marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Refund Method
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
