Browse the shop, select your item and size, then add to cart. Checkout is handled securely — you'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Because every piece is made to order, we begin production shortly after an order is confirmed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately and we'll do our best — but we cannot guarantee amendments once production has started.

Yes. Some pieces are listed as pre-order, meaning they are confirmed but not yet in production. Pre-order timelines are stated on each product page. You will be kept updated by email throughout.

Enter your code at checkout in the discount field. Codes are case-sensitive. If you signed up to our mailing list, your welcome code is ALLTAK10 — 10% off your first order.

Every All-t¥lk™ piece is handmade to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. We do not hold stock — each unit is built specifically for you.

Once production is complete, your order is dispatched via fully tracked courier. Delivery takes 48–72 hours from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

We currently ship to the UK. International shipping is available on request — contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm availability and cost.

Yes. All orders ship fully tracked. You will receive email notifications when your order is confirmed, when production begins, and when it has been dispatched with your tracking link.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Visit our Returns page for full details and to initiate a return.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Each product page includes a full size guide with measurements and model notes. Our pieces are generally cut oversized — check the size guide on the individual product before ordering. If you're unsure, ask us.
